Positive Parenting for ADHDers

Tools for Connection, Not Perfection

An online course for parents of ADHD kids who are ready to shift from chaos to connection — without relying on punishment, perfectionism, or power struggles.

Is this you?

  • You're trying so hard, but nothing seems to work.

  • You feel torn between wanting to set boundaries and not wanting

    to crush your child’s spirit.

  • You wonder if you’re doing it all wrong — especially when your child

melts down, lashes out, or shuts down.

  • You’ve read the books, tried the charts, and you're still walking on eggshells.

You’re not failing.

You’re parenting a child with ADHD in a world that doesn’t teach you how.

This course will help you:

  • Communicate with compassion — even during meltdowns

  • Set clear, loving boundaries without guilt or fear

  • Understand how ADHD affects your child’s nervous system

  • Break the cycle of yelling, shutdowns, or shame

  • Empower your child to build self-esteem and confidence

  • Co-regulate with your child when emotions run high

  • Support independence in ways that actually work

What makes this course different?

Unlike behaviour-based programs that focus on compliance, Positive Parenting for ADHDers is grounded in relationship-first strategies backed by trauma-informed care, developmental psychology, and neurodivergent-affirming practice.

  • This isn’t about fixing your child.

  • It’s about understanding them — and yourself — so you can build connection, trust, and growth that lasts.

This course gives you the tools I use with families, my own kids, and myself — in a way that’s practical, empowering, and deeply compassionate."
